My name is Shihao Yu. I was born and raised in Chengdu, China, a city famous for its spicy Sichuan cuisine and cute pandas.
I completed my PhD under the supervision of Prof. Albert J. Menkveld at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Tinbergen Institute. Currently, I am a postdoctoral researcher working with Prof. Agostino Capponi at the Center for Digital Finance and Technologies of Columbia University.
I will be joining the Lee Kong Chian School of Business at Singapore Management University as an Assistant Professor of Finance in the summer of 2024.
